At the Château Marmont with Mary Ann and Myron's ghost
Mary Ann comes to visit Myra at her luxurious suite in the famous hotel on the Sunset Strip. Myra tries to convince the young actress that she's capable of having a successful career in show business. However, Mary Ann's reponse to the idea doesn't exactly thrill the independent-minded Myra.
After Mary Ann leaves, Myra is furious about her female student's lack of vision. She dumps her fury on her alter-ego, Myron (played by veteran film critic, Rex Reed).
